Intuit QuickBooks has launched the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop – QuickBooks Desktop 2020. The previous model – QuickBooks Desktop 2019 saw some new functions like bill Tracker, Visit Pay bills button, & improved IIF Import function, etc. Similarly, This year as well, QuickBooks 2020 comes with some critical features for the customers. - Add User PO in the Email subject
To keep better track of user details, Intuit has introduced the PO field in the subject line of emails. The QB customers can now add the purchase order of the clients in the subject line by way of modifying the email templates for the customer invoices.
To add the PO field, you have to visit the menu bar & click on Edit > preferences > send forms > company options. After you have selected the template, click on Edit and visit Insert field > customer-PO-No.
- Send Batch invoices to a customer
With this new feature included in QuickBooks 2020, you may now send a user more than one invoice in a single Email. This feature is useful to clients because it cuts down the number of emails sent to the customers as they do not must connect each invoice to a separate email.
