Solutions for Quickbooks Error 77

Solution 1 – 

• First of all Download the Quickbooks File Doctor
• When Download is finished, then click on ‘qbfd.exe’ to install the Quickbooks File Doctor and follow the all-screen instruction
• It opens automatically when the installation process is completed
• If you want your company files then use the drop-down list.
• Click on the browse button if you can’t see the company file in the list and then manually locate it to continue.
• Now Select the one options
  • File Damage or Network Connectivity – If you are open a company data file or see any suspected damage or view 6000 error like – 6000-82, 6000-305,6000-301.
  • Network Connectivity – When you are trying to open the company file in multi-user mode.
• Click on the start button
• Type Command in the space or press Ctrl + Shift + Enter from your keyboard
• Click yes at the dialogue box
• Type cleanmgr or press enter
• Choose the checkbox of temporary files and other files that you want to remove
• Now, click on the OK button.

Solution 2: System reboot

• Click on the start button
• Type system repair or Press enter key
• Now, click on the system repair button and input Administrator password (if precipitated)
• First of all, Go to the Local Company Files
• To see the file causing an ND and.TLG
• Rename the file.OLD
• Check if an error is resolved

Solution 3: Installation of all available Updates

• Click on the start button
• Type update in the search field and Press input key
• Now, if updates are available, click on installation updates button
• First of all, select the start and fill in Command in the search box and don’t do press enter.
• Now press the ‘CTRL + Shift’ on the keyboard then choose the enter
• then you see the permission dialog box choose YES
• Here blinking box has that will open or type in ‘SFC/scannow’ then press enter.
• The system file checker will begin scanning the error or some other error.
