    Method 1. Use the Print and PDF Repair Tool

    Before using the print and pdf repair tool.  You have to make sure that you are using the latest version of the QuickBooks software. After that, you can use the intuit website to download the print and pdf repair tool, and then check the QuickBooks won’t open the pdf issue.

    • First of all, you have to type a %TEMP% in the command prompt and then you have to press the enter

    • Then you have to move to the security tab and check that the username and group have permission to set full access control.
    • Now you have to check that you are able to save a file as pdf.
