    • Click yes If the message still appears “Stop Hosting Multiple User Access”. 
    • Click yes If the message appears “Company file must be closed” or continue.

    • Update the QuickBooks to the latest release.

    • You can create the Network Descriptor (.nd) file by scanning the folder storing the company file.
    • You have verified the hosting is on only on the server computer with QB Database server manager for another company, hosting should be turned off.
    • Open the company file from a location other than the original one. You can copy the file at your QuickBooks Desktop and Open QuickBooks Desktop. Now, open the copied file on your Desktop, If the message appearing it is successful then you can simply copy it and back to its original location.
